Today, I received what has to be my favorite letter, hands down. I haven't stopped
laughing since I read it...
Safeway (#15) sent back a nice, polite response to my inquiry for Costco frozen vegetable lasagna and/or
dried Shitake mushrooms. I didn't get any freebies, but I'm not considering this one a rejection, either... Why not, you ask (or don't ask). Because Safeway was nice enough to politely tell me that they are Dominick's, not Costco.
Now, I assure you... Bitch-slapping Dominick's by writing a Costco fan letter to them was not my intent! In fact, I shop at both places. How I managed to get Safeway's/Dominicks' address in my search for a Costco address, however, is beyond me.
Anyway, for a day with no freebies, I'm still having a pretty good time!
